Temporary Full Time Position

Salary range: $98,704 - $123,327 (including Super and shift allowance)


About Calvary Clare Holland House

At Clare Holland House we provide specialist palliative care services to the ACT and the surrounding district. The service includes a 19 bed Inpatient Unit and the Community Specialist Palliative Care Service (which is the only Tertiary Service in the ACT). We provide high quality, skilled, and compassionate care to patients with an advancing illness who are no longer responding to curative treatment. Clare Holland House is located in beautiful parkland settings on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. About the role
The Palliative Care Registrar participates in and provides medical support to the interdisciplinary team across hospice, community and hospital based palliative care programs under the supervision of Palliative Care Consultants.   


What you bring  

  • Competence in applying medical knowledge and sound judgement in clinical diagnosis, investigation and treatment of patients.
  • Well developed communication skills both written and oral with patients, relatives, staff and colleagues.
  • The ability to contribute to the general management of a clinical unit in a customer focused environment, including the ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
