 About the role

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our friendly and supportive team to work in Calvary Bruce Private Hospital Consutling Suites. The position is a permanent full time position, 38 per week


What you bring  

  • Demonstrated experience in management roles and the ability to be an effective team leader.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • High level keyboard skills and extensive experience in the operation of word and excel processing packages, specialist clinic booking and billings systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in the operation of Bluechip or similar administration system.
  • Demonstrated capacity for well-developed oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and liaison skills including the ability liaise effectively with a wide range of people, including in stressful or emergency situations.
  • Well-developed organisational skills regarding the management of complex and dynamic schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload, work accurately, meet deadlines and manage work flows
  • Demonstrated ability in accurate medical typing and extensive Medical terminology
