About the role

Working with the Clinical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of our community nursing programs across numerous streams including our newest project, (run in conjunction with a number of South Australian Hospitals) - the South Australian Community Care Program (SACC) during after hour periods (evening and weekends) as well as act as the primary point of contact for the referrer's during after hour periods.

 

We have part time and casual opportunities available which can be negotiated by the successful candidates, ensuring we have appropriate coverage across Monday to Friday evenings and weekends.

  • AHPRA registration
  • Community nursing experience with a commitment to the delivery of quality services
  • Experience coordinating service contracts and clinical programs
  • Competency in cannulation
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using computer and software packages

Selection Criteria Essential: Do you have experience with palliative care?
Essential: Do you possess a current broad range of clinical experience?
Essential: Do you have extensive experience in coordinating clinical services in the community?
Essential: Do you have community nursing experience?
Essential: Have you resided overseas for 12 months or more in the last 10 years since turning 16? If you select yes you will be required to contact the relevant overseas police force to obtain a criminal or police record check.
