About the role 

The purpose of this role is to enhance Quality Improvement on the National Standards Program through collaboration with all services and units and other multi-disciplinary teams, to promote and meet the audit requirements for ACHS National Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS-Standards) through implementation and coordination of a Clinical Audit Program, monthly reporting on progression and achievement of agreed time frames. You will also be required to participate in activities to meet quality and safety organisational and department key performance measures, this may include attending working groups as appropriate.


What you bring 

The successful candidate will bring experience to this position by demonstrating:

  • An understanding of the ACHS National Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS-Standards).
  • Proficient quality improvement practices, sound judgement, problem solving abilities and an ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Commitment to work with teams and provide support or undertake designated clinical audits and quality improvement activities.
