About the role

NDIS Care Coordinators play a key role in the provision of provision of services to our clients. Team Work and Communication are key to ensuring quality services that are client focused. Highly organised, you will effectively answer and resolve a high volume of in-bound and outbound calls with key stakeholders, prepare rosters and schedules and complete general administration and data entry.

Selection Criteria Desirable: Are you able to demonstrate competence in the provision of NDIS customer service?
Desirable: Can you please provide us with an idea of your salary expectation?
Essential: Have you resided overseas for 12 months or more in the last 10 years since turning 16? If you select yes you will be required to contact the relevant overseas police force to obtain a criminal or police record check.
