About the role

We are looking for qualified Support Workers across the North West of Melbourne inlcuding Banyule,Darbin and Hume Councils to join our dedicated team where “Being for Others” is our Mission. These rewarding roles support our clients with a range of support services including Respite, Personal Care and Domestic Assistance to enable independence, improve social connections and promote positive health and well-being in both the community and clients homes

 

As a Support Worker you will have 24/7 support from our Head Office Support Team (including clinical services), regular access to your supervisor and team meetings, attractive salary packaging options, access to an Employee Assistance program and opportunities to participate in and be rewarded through our Employee Recognition program

 

What you bring  

  • Cert III HACC/Aged Care/Disability, Individual Support or equivalent 
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Current Drivers License, reliable insured motor vehicle and smart mobile phone/device
  • Computer literacy and access to emails/internet
  • Flexible availability to cover a range of shifts across the week including mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
