This is a rewarding, hands on role that will give you the opportunity to positively impact on the lives of our residents. Care Service Employees work within the aged care team to promote the delivery of quality care to residents and their families, demonstrating competence in the provision of resident-centred care


What you bring  

  • Certificate III Aged Care qualified
  • medication competent
  • professional, friendly and supportive
  • effective communicator
  • ability to participate as positive and effective team member
  • able to understand and act on competing tasks
  • ability to take direction and work unsupervised
  • awareness of work health and safety and infection control procedures
  • familiar with equipment used to assist in the care of residents i.e lifters  
  • commitment to work within Calvary Mission, Vision and Values
