About the role


Purpose of the administration officer is to ensure consistent clerical coverage to the Maternity ward area, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed correctly within a timely manner, and that all data entry entered into the patient administration systems (ACTPAS) is  accurate and up to date at all times.


Providing administrative support to clinical staff so they are able to focus on patient safety and care required of their clinical roles. The role will be Friday afternoon (13:30-21:21) and every second Saturday and Sunday (7:00-14:21)
